is distributing flyers counted as a job? i just started "working" as a flyers distributors on thursday. distributing flyers around Bugis village. the pay quite ok lahs. $.450 per hour. if they're satisifed with our performance, boss can increase the pay up to $5.50 per hour. not bad eh? its better than working at $3.50 per hour at most places for our age. first day of work earned $31.75 because i've done 2 shifts, the afternoon n the evening. total standing hours: 7. darling also found a job on the same day as me. coincidence eh? he's working for some package thingy at Changi Airport. requires to carry packages here n there. 10hours = $40. worse off than me. he says he dont mind. i cant say anything too. as long as he has a job, i'm happy for him. i would rather he get job than hangout at WestMall all the time doing nothing with his friends. his friends cant be free all the time too right, they have school n their personal stuffs to be done. he's meeting me tomorrow. so happy about it. he's out with his friends today. i think as usual, he would be out with those that i always see him with, especially that guy who made fun of me when he diverted his calls to that guy's phone. his friends are quite humourous eh, full of jokes.
i've earned $47.50 within 2 days. sounds so little. i must jiayou. im still looking for another proper part-time job. when school reopens, after quitting the part-time job, when school reopens, i still can do the flyers job. sounds quite okay right?
suddenly,there seem to be so much things to buy. from accessories to shoes. seventeen years old girl, is this the turning point of life where she began to be more conscious of her looks n everything? my friends seem to be behaving the same as me, wanting to buy this, wanting to buy that. in terms of looks n figures, i know i cant be compared to them. but im trying my best about that too alright. at least i shed some weight compared to how i was back in my primary n lower sec days. people say our face would change once in every 5 years. comparing my face from last time till now, i still look the same lehs. did my face change? hmmm...
i'm missing him.
