observing my parents' looks & all, my dad isnt that good looking & my mom is considered quite a pretty lady for her age though she's plump. one question struck me: why did my mom fall for my dad in the first place? i asked & my mom started laughing her head off. my mom married my dad because he's a really good guy. he cares for every single thing, neither he is hot or short-tempered, always keeping his cool whatever happens which explains why people tend to take advantage of my dad's kindness sometimes. this goes to show love IS really blind between my parents. (: many asked my mom the same question & my mom is now shocked to hear me asking her that question. :D
walking home alone feels good sometimes. it makes me do a lot of self-thinking, especially things that is happening in my life at that point of time. some private time alone, walking slowly observing things & people around me. (:
land & pool training yesterday. jil & xan were disappointed in us which i can guess roughly what the reason is. well, its a team sports & blame shouldnt be put on one person alone. so i guess its everybody's fault to make our 2 seniors disappointed in us. :/ dinner-ed outside yck station again because my parents are supposingly to be off to JB to buy some stuffs but they dint because they want to bring me along. i guess my mom dont feel safe being in singapore alone with them away at JB for like half the day only. HAHA, so much for a single child life.
im not really in the mood for CNY, thanks to examinations. the school is so wonderful to choose such a time for EXAMS during the FESTIVE SEASON. i bet i'll be bringing my notes around for house visiting. this is so annoying.
rowing session with tanker pacific tomorrow. :D rowing session with NUS alumni not confirmed because of DAVID. like according to what jil had said,"we just kicked him out & we're joining his team now for a race. so johnson is worried that he might take 'REVENGE' by picking on us." - makes sense. :/ he also went missing now & not coaching the team like how he always go missing during our trainings. i wonder why he wants to be a coach anyway if he hasnt got the time. kinda wasting the school resources.
