just one filming made the team spilt into three different groups, rowers killing each other amongst ourselves and captains have to pick up all the shit after the individuals left behind. seniors and captains crying over what is happening in the team now, with all the frustrations and disappointments. but do those people understand? do they know how we feel? do they know how does it feels like to be sandwiched in between people's management and decisions? do they know how does it feels like to be compared to others like thousands of times when the two sports are totally different in how things worked? i dont think so. they are way too rebellious, they are way too self-centered.
whatever we do, we always think for the interest of them but they think of that otherwise. sometimes, that behaviour really make me come to a point where i feel like leaving everything behind and just go but i cant bear to. people are unhappy with how things work but they dint put themselves in the shoes of the middle people, for all they can think of is for themselves. instructions were given but they show no respect as they dont even listen, neither do they even do what the instructions were given.
sometimes, i really do miss how are trainings like back in the past. the time where i fear my seniors during training, the time where the seniors were so strict and stern that i dont even dare to open my mouth to voice out anything when comes to debriefing, everything's different now. when you're nice to them, they'll step all over you. when you're fierce with them, they say we're abusing authority and they'll show their black face throughout.
the situation that we're facing now already left us not knowing what to do but the captains have more things to worry about and more things to face than us. i feel for the captains.
and just when we see hope, everything just shattered with all the behaviours and attitudes we're getting now. everything's gone and utterly disappointing.
