finally, a tanning day today! sadly, 3pm sun dont really make much difference in being tanner but the sun between 12pm & 2pm is bad for the skin. ohwell, cant say much either because its a last minute decision by boyf to go tanning. (:
denise, me dearest marathon bud appeared in the photo with me! :D anyway, results for saucony 100plus run is out & my timing is fuck dead horrible. -.- but i think there's at least one thing to be proud of, that is my timing for 10km checkpoint has improved by 20mins i think, compared to last year's standard chartered marathon. :D
yay, portugal. :D
